Given that computer services require a variety of skills and specialised knowledge which can sometimes add up a little, we have created a unique way of paying which covers any and all aspects of the services we provide.

In future, if you ever have a problem again, why not save yourself a substantial amount of money by purchasing one of our Time Blocks Plans? This plan is the most cost effective way to support all your IT needs. You can buy our time and knowledge with low monthly payments spread over a 1 year period which covers labour on everything from repairs, upgrades, installations, tutoring, networks, software or hardware conflicts, tune-up’s, any kind of broadband uk, wireless, devices, drivers...to how ever many computers and/or laptops you have!

Please take a look at our table of Time Blocks and a list of some of the benefits. You wouldn't have to worry about the cost of calling out a technician when something goes wrong! Any telephone or email support would NOT be debited from the hours you buy and neither will travel to and from your home. We debit in 15 minute increments so a quick job doesn't use a whole hour and you would get priority over any regular customers. And don't worry if you don't use all your hours within 1 year...we will roll them over until you have used them...we don't charge for what we don't do.

The Time Block Plan is very simple and flexible. You order the number of hours that you feel will be needed for a period of time (the more hours you order, the more you save). Whenever service is needed, you give us a call and set up an appointment with our office and a technician will be sent to your home. Once the job is completed, the technician will record the time spent at your home and we will accurately update the hours remaining on your Time Block Plan. Each time service is performed, you will receive a report listing the activity at your place of work and the amount of hours used and remaining. Once your account reached 80% of your investment, we will notify you so you can order another Time Block if you wish.

There are a variety of ways to pay...be sent an invoice each month and send us a cheque or call us and pay by debit or credit card. Or set up a Direct Debit or Standing Order with your bank.
